Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Stylish, our goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service or experience, please review our policies below.

Service Refunds

Because salon services are based on time, products, and professional expertise, we do not offer monetary refunds for services performed.However, your satisfaction matters, so we offer the following:

- If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48–72 hours.

- We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment to address your concerns.

- Adjustments must be booked with the same stylist/technician unless otherwise approved.

Product Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused retail products within 7 days of purchase.Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.Opened products may be exchanged only if defective.

Appointment Cancellations

To provide the best service to all clients, we require:

- 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling

- Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee

- No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service
